7 Days Camping Safari In Amboseli, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha & Masai Mara
Day 1: Nairobi – Amboseli National Park
On arrival in Nairobi early in the morning at Jomo Kenyatta international airport, you will be met by one of our represantative who will asssit you with formalities and introduce you to your driver guide who will facilitate the best Kenya camping safari. Depart Nairobi drive South to Amboseli to arrive in time for lunch. Amboseli is home to the proud and brightly painted Masai tribe, the acacia woodlands and grasslands of the park shelter an abundance of game including buffalo, lion, cheetah, hyena, zebra and wildebeest or emanced by Mount Kilimanjaro backdrop. After relaxation evening game drive. Dinner and overnight at Kimana Camp.
Day 2: Amboseli National Park
Afternoon and Evening game viewing in the Park. Amboseli National Park is located at the foot of Mt. Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest mountain. The snows of the mountain form a majestic backdrop to one of Kenya’s most popular spectacular displays of wildlife – lion, elephant, leopard, rhino, cheetah, buffalo and host of plains game, creating Kenya’s most sought after photographer’s paradise. Meals and overnight at at Kimana Camp.
Day 3: Lake Nakuru National Park
Early breakfast depart and drive to Lake Nakuru, a shallow alkaline lake in the Rift Valley, renowned for its spectacular flamingo population as one of the world’s greatest ornithological spectacles. Although Lake Nakuru is primarily a bird sanctuary, there are a considerable number of animals to be encountered, large game animals such as zebras, elephants and gazelles, this is one of our best chances of seeing rhinos. Lake Nakuru National Park was the first place in Kenya selected as a rhino reserve. Here is one of the few places where we can see Rothschild’s giraffes. Dinner and overnight at the Lake Nakuru guest house.
Day 4: Lake Naivasha
Prebreakfast breakfast game viewing, watching and photographing birds at Nakuru National Park , return to the guest house for breakfast. Depart lake nakuru and then proceed to Naivasha arriving in time for lunch. Spend the afternoon at Hells gate N/P, do a game drive followed by a guided walk in the gorges. Dinner and overnight at fitchers tower hotel.
Day 5: Masai Mara Game Reserve
Early breakfast followed by a boat ride at lake naivasha, depart and drive to to masai mara, lunch en route arriving the reserve in the afternoon. The world renown Masai Mara is famed for the millions of wildebeest, gazelles and zebras that cross the Mara river forming the wildebeest migration spectacle. After settling in the tents go for the evening game drive° Dinner and overnight at either (Mara sidai Camp, Enchoro Camp, Manyatta Camp,mara MaraSprings Camp, Acacia Camp)
Day 6: Masai Mara Game Reserve
Take breakfast and leave with a picnic lunch into the wild in search of game. Maasai Mara has an exceptional population of Big cats, game is also plenty and abundant birdlife. Spend the whole day game viewing. One has the option to visit the Maasai village or go for an early balloon ride at an extra cost. Dinner and overnight at either (Mara sidai Camp, Enchoro Camp, Manyatta Camp, Mara Springs Camp, Acacia Camp)
Day 7: Nairobi
Have an early breakfast and go for a short game for a chance to spot any game you might have missed on your previous game drives. Later depart and drive to Nairobi where the best Kenya camping safari ends; lunch en route.
